Wow!!! Amazing company. I wish i had this company before in my contacts. They saved my life and lot of embarrassment.



I live upper west side and was planning to have a dinner party with my friends. It was around 1pm, suddenly, living room heat went off. It was freezing. I hastily called couple of companies. Everybody was saying 9-1, 1-5 tomorrow, day after tomorrow etc.. One of them said $200 plus charges to take a look in emergency. I guess they were trying to take advantage of me. I had agreed to it before i called Neptune air conditioning. Neptune was the only one of them who was able to understand my situation and sent the technician within two hours. They didn't overcharge me for the service call at all. Moreover, they gave me senior citizen discount. I didn't know that when i called. Tech told me that it's our policy. Amazing people. Tech found out the valve was defective. He temporarily fixed the heat and came back and replaced the valve. Since then everything is perfect.



I don't have words to say thanks to Neptune Team and especially Stacey who was so professional and wonderful. She arranged the Insurance Certificates very quickly to get this done right away.
