I spoke with a dispatcher by the name of Elaine on Sunday @8:30 on 5/18/14. This was the most professional, courteous and outgoing dispatcher I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I take taxis daily. Kudos to Harlem Car Service and Thank You Elaine (great dispatcher) and Ahmed (nice driver) for making my niece's ( who's from out of town) NY taxi experience a Great One!
