If I could give less than a star I would. I have actually never written a review before but my heart is still pounding so fast from the experience I just had I HAVE too tell you all to AVOID this place at ALL costs. They are horrible horrible people and when I called to complain that my shirts in my laundry had SPOTS on every shirt and the comforter which i paid $20 dollars to have cleaned was STILL DIRTY she began to yell at me over the phone and told me that 20 dollars was cheap then she was yelling at me in what I believe was Chinese...when I asked her if she would at least yell at me in English so I could understand she told me to go home and kept saying thats how it is. I called my credit card immediately to deny payment. P.s. I paid for wash and fold service...nothing was folded. I was just most mad that I had to pay an extra fee of 20 dollars because it was a cotton comforter/duvet cover (it's thrown in the washer and dryer just like clothes) and weighs probably about 2 pounds....my 9 pounds of laundry only cost 8.55 so why 20 dollars for something 2 pounds?!? anyway..i was most angered by the yelling, profanities, and no regard for customer service at ALL! STAY AWAY!!!!

I have been going to the dry cleaners for over a year and a half until today. I asked about pricing and the lady working threw my clothes at me and screamed at me to get out of her store. She then followed me outside and scream profanities at me. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I would not go here ever again and urge people to avoid this place at all cost.
