You come in, fill out long application. Take multiple long computer test to prove your skills, then get interviewed. They don't have you fill out this form which ask if you have any disabilities until you're with the interviewer. Upon questioning the interviewer, I find out that they have job placement however you must fit into certain disability criteria if you don't they have near to no job placements for you.

That should be stated up front so as individuals without disabilities won't waste there time with this agency.
