Nothing but problems with these people. Moving in the sink and tube were a mess, took a while to fix the sink, the tub is still not in good condition and we moved in over the summer. Next the hot water was out for a week or two, and since then we have not had gas for cooking, this was in October, I was given a hot plate but one of them does not work so cooking on one hot plate for two people is very impractical. Stay away from these thieves.

I was under the impression that when I put a deposit down on an apartment with Eric Goodman Realty, that the apartment would be taken off the market. I guess I was wrong. Eric Goodman Realty and the building owners that they represent (307 E. 89th Street LLC) do not value their word. My boyfriend and I were approved for an apartment, had scheduled a time to sign the lease, and had even obtained cashier's checks when we received an email from Matt Goodman that the owner decided to give the apartment to a long time tenant who wanted to switch apartments. That's just bad business.
