Watch your wallet when dealing with this firm. As a real estate broker I performed a service for this firm and they deliberately shorted me on a duly earned commission. Cheated me out of $90. They probably know it is not worth my time, money or effort to take them to small claims court. If they can cheat me out of $90 on a total commission of less than $3,000 consider what they might screw you out of.
