Dr. Schupak did my braces and both of my kids. Everyone compliments us, even my family dentist and his receptionist. I gave them her card for referrals. Love the office staff. They are like family. Not sure what these other two are talking about. I own my own business and know you can't please everyone. Unfortunately, it's those malcontents that usually right these reviews.

If I had read the reviews, I would not have selected Dr. Schupak as my orthodontist. I am an adult who wanted Invisalign. The treatments have gone satisfactorily, but dealing with the front office and the manager in charge of billing my insurance has been a nightmare. It has been almost nine months and she has not been able to get the insurance company basic information so that it can reimburse my claims. I can't decide whether the office suffers from incompetence or willfulness. Regardless, I've never had this kind of headaches with a doctor's office. They are more than willing to accept my monthly payments up front, but do not care to bill insurance timely or sufficiently to get the patient reimbursed. Even when my first reimbursement check came, I had to hound them to get them to release it. I cannot recommend this orthodontist to anyone.

She gave me all the wrong information. Her secretary is very rude. And she was impossible to deal with when things went wrong. Both her and her assistant wouldn't even get on the phone. Stay away. I found her and her staff very unprofessional, and very unknowledgable..
