I had Alan Goldberg for a simple case and he managed to turn it into a nightmare. He does no preparation, no research, hardly opens his mouth in court and couldn't care less how your case turns out. He is good at one thing - taking your money. He has numerous bad reviews on the Internet, some of them really pitiful. They all tell the sinking feeling you get after realizing too late how bad he is. The other lawyers I saw after him to clear up my case all knew about him. The NY Bar no longer recommends him. There are far better law firms in New York, keep away from this one.

This law firm is the best. They are very caring and intelligent. They prepared me thoroughly and argued my case. I won the case and tey got me money damages that were do to me. Alan Goldberg is intelligent and knows landlord tenant law inside out.

Avoid. Totally unprofessional, inarticulate in court. Let other lawyer do all the talking. Indifferent towards case although took my money. Absolute waste.
