Having bought a jacket in late October for a relative coming from France for Christmas,

I was told by not one but two sales persons that I could exchange it if the person

didn't like what I had bought which would exceed their 21 day return policy. Wrong. Two days after Christmas, it was returned to the Broadway and 34th Street stores and was told that the formation given was incorrect and the item could not be returned. The 21 day return policy held strong....now stuck with a man's jacket and my stepson returned empty handed. I suggest that salespersons be trained with Forever 21 policies and procedures and that assistant manager take customer relations courses. I would never buy there again. Calls to the store ended with hangups or "someone" will

get back to you today. Told that we couldn't wait around all day only resulted in a

another hangup. ...took at least 5 calls to get a helpful person, but still told no exchange could be made (receipt and tags were both available).
