Besides that the customer service is very attentive they have the convenience of free pickup for rug cleaning. I have them take care of my Persian rug at least once every 2 months. Great service all around.

We had some major plumbing issues that ended up soaking my carpet. So we had to use their water damage service. They were able to completely dry up my carpet and they also treated it for mold. Good job guys.

So glad I listened to the reviews on here! Flat Rate Carpet did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. They were in and out of my entire house in just a few hours and my carpets looked great! They got out stains that I've been working on for ages. I can't wait to go back if I need them again!

i.eI love my carpeting, but it started getting little ripples that were easy to trip on. When I tripped and spilled a drink on my carpet I called Flat Rate carpet cleaners to come and take care of the stain. They not only got rid of the stain, but they also fixed the ripples in the carpet so it wouldn't happen again. The service was fast and hassle free, and the price was great.

My carpet got a gulp of my wine rather than me.. not good! big red stain in the middle of the carpet. Flat rate Carpet came by within 2 hours to take out the stain. looks

kids came in from the snow and brought along a mess as well! these carpet cleaners came to the rescue

impressed with their website an great coupons- decided this would be one of my 3 companies id have over for my free estimates for my 2 area rugs. they came and beat all the other 2 companies prices. plus free pickup and delivery- i was in! when the 2 rugs were delivered back to me, they looked like a brighter and cleaner color and the clean fragrance was a plus

Emergence awful Bed Bug situation turned out not to be that bad because on Flat Rate Carpet. I called in the morning, and they had someone over within 2 hours. The friendly guy told me the process on both our bed and the sofa and we decided to go ahead with the work. Happy we picked this company because they work efficiently and the fast service.

As a small business owner I like to give props to great customer support and great companies I come across. I had to get my store floors cleaned, they cleaned the tiles and it looks fantastic. I set it up where they will call me every 3 months for a cleaning. I get coupons now that I am a repeat customer as well.

Respectful and Friendly cleaners came over and gave me a Free Estimate. I had other Companies come over as well for a Free Estimate, and it was too much money......so i ended up calling Flat Rate Carpet back and they made an appointment with me that day.... had my Leather Sofa and Loveseat cleaned- now both look as Good as New.

they made time for me in a panic moment...,.,.,.., so I wanted to write and thank them. I had a spill on a couch and I was renting the apartment for a month in the city. I called right away and they scheduled me in within the hour. its 2 days later and the stain is out and looking just as it was when I moved in. THANK YOU!!!!!!

prices with them beat any other company.... this company was fast and cleaned my bedroom, hallways, and my childrens rooms. I chose organic cleaning since i have 2 children under 3 years old. i own a small business, so positive feedback is always helpful and good to hear !!1 keep up the good work !!!!

when the cleaners were here, they gave me a great deal along with great service. My carpet was looking very old and worn down..... after the cleaning.... wow- what a difference!!!! tHEY OFFER 15% off repeat customers,, so i kept them in my business phone book.

I was looking through the internet and called different companies for my daughter's carpet in her apartment. i live out of New York, and my daughter is busy with her studies, so I was happy to help her out. I spoke with a very nice and helpful lady over the phone to have someone come over and clean. My daughter said they were very terrific men that came to clean, and all I had to do was pay over the phone and the whole process was a easy one.
