Beyond that they provide super rug cleaning I find it so convenient that they offer free rug pickup. This makes things so much easier for my tight schedule. Two thumbs up.

They do the regular cleaning of my Persian rug. I trust them because their technicians know so much about rugs. After speaking with them you'll know what I mean.

My bathrooms sometimes get neglected so we get a bit of mold on our grout. So lately we have had the folks at Brooklyn rug clean our bathroom tiles. They take a tough job for me and leave my bathrooms looking bright and clean.

My contractor friend recommended Flat Rate to us because they did such great work for them. I had them do a deep cleaning on our entire house. They worked really hard and they even removed some old stains.

They take excellent care of my Persian rug. I have been using their services for over a year now and they always keep my rugs looking great.

We asked for an estimate on cleaning an antique rug we inherited. Danny came out and not only provided the estimate, he offered to clean a 10-year old 1-foot-square dark stain off a carpet in our house for free. We gave them the job - and the stain that we could not get rid of for 10 years is gone. And what a nice guy! Can't wait to see the cleaned antique oriental when they return it in 10 days - will update with further details then.

I found them on google. I had never heard of them before but i was pressed for time for a rug cleaning so i set an appointment with them right away. The technician came over four hours later gave me a price and cleaned it right away. The next day i noticed that one stain still remained.I called them back and they came the same day to redo the cleaning. After the second time around my carpet looked great. Although it took a few times to clean my rug i was happy that they were persistent

After calling around to a bunch of companies, these cleaners gave me the best price. They came out on the weekend as well which was really great. The service was friendly and they were very knowledgeable. I'll definitely use them again.

I checked lots of carpet cleaning companies and reviews and finally settled on Flat Rate Carpet, and I couldn't be happier! They took the time to explain the cleaning process to me, the work was quick and the final product was beautiful!!! Highly recommended.

do not call this company. they have many reports against them and they harrassed me when i wouldnt pay for the terrible cleaning they did on my living room carpet. it has been 3 days and the carpet is still wet.

my carpet was cleaned from them because it got really dirty at a party I had. All the chips got smashed on the carpet making a big orange stain. I sought out professional cleaners because my vacuum did not clean the stain out along with other materials. Looked on the internet and found Flat Rate.. they had a carpet cleaner at my home later that day. The cleaner spoke with me on how he would take the cheesy chip stain out, and I agreed with the price. Within a half an hour the stain was gone, and happy I called them. I am a big procrastinator, so it all went smooth and fast and they are a great and friendly company to use

Used this carpet company to re-stretch my carpet in the living room. It need it for years, so I'm glad I finally researched about it and found this company through it's good reviews and their website. Free estimates they provide, so a technician came by and I agreed with the price, and right then and there he proceeded to do his work. After years of my carpet looking odd, the re-stretching job was fantastic and I am an happy advocate for this carpet company!

Woke up and my dog had an accident on my carpet inb the bedroom. I called right away and talked to A Nice Lady who made an Appointment for later that Day. I had to be in work, so my Doorman showed them to my Place and the cleaner called me right away to tell me the Estimate. The price was good, so I authroized him to start the Job. I ended up paying Over the phone. It was a easy process, and when I came home from work, looks like no stain was there in the first place

anyone who has young children or allergies (like my family and I) this is a great cleaning company for carpets and sofas! Organic Cleaning is available... SO we choice them!! SUCH a nice man came over and made our living room look fantastic once again!!!

I spent less than I thought.... I had no idea how much it would be.... i had to move out of my place and my landlord needed me to get the carpets cleaned in the whole apartment..... I chose FLAT RATE because they had a very helpful and nice staff and they were a small business..... Wanted to write and say that they did a superb cleaning job. Happy to be writing a good review on good companies.

Grade A. Couldnt be more please with Flat Rate Carpet. I called for my area rug that had water damage... They picked it up and explained the process.... Came back 2 weeks later without the mold and bad smell from being in the basement. Happy to have my rug in the living room for people to see now :D

I was surprised how well they treated me from the first phone call till the time they were done. I was glad they got my stubborn stain out, other companies tried to get ti out, they couldnt do it. It was a A-1 profession job.

The stain I had on my couch was a stain that was awful. I was always embarrassed of it and put throw blankets over the spot. I had Flat rate Carpet coe over for a free estimate..... and they mentioned they can gt out the stain with 10% guarentee.. igave it a go. I am pleased with the cleaning, its 1 week later and the stain is not viasble anymore........finally
