They responded to my service call. Technician that arrived was very professional and solved the problem the same day. When he left, he cleaned after all his work. I highly recommend this company.

After dealing with a few companies that seemed to only give temporary solutions, Five Borough Ac seemed to be the only one that not only gave us a long term solution but gave us great options, and explained everything thoroughly. I am very happy with the service!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Worst experience I ever had with the trades. Not only did they grossly overcharge, the problem was left unresolved (if not worse). Called in another specialist to fix the damage that was done. Owner is absolutely rude and will hang up the phone on you. At first glance, the website seems impressive, but there's no substance to this company at all. Beware, as they are listed in several spots in NYC and LI making them seem a lot bigger than they actually are.
