I like to go to coffee shops and just waste the day away. They have amazing people serving their coffee in here, they are so interesting and they are so skilful with their coffee art.

The week of January 7, 2013 I called FAMA expresso and they told me they do repair Lavazza coffee machines. During that week I brought my machine to there location at 450 W. 44th St. and was told they would look at the machine and call me. There was a $35 charge to look at which would be applied to any repair bill. Before repairing they would call me and tell me what was wrong and tell me the charge for the repair. I called several times and was told they had not looked at it yet. I spoke to one gentleman who said the problem sounded like it could be the motherboard and if so it would make no sense to repair. I then called John Manfred of the Lavazza company and he indicated that if it was the motherboard the problem would probably be in the relay that could be repaired very easily and the part would only cost $3.95 and all they have to do is solder out the old one and solder in the new one I call FAMA and told them that.
