I just had the best experience! I normally use this other car service that I will not name. I made reservations for a car to pick me up today, and after waiting around for a full hour I realized that they werent going to show. So I called and the dispatch and made up my mind that I would no longer use their services after she goes,Ohhhh, you did have a reservation! I was so through with them. I ended up calling NYC Express Limo and explained what happened. Not only did they send a car for me right away, it was a very nice car! They gave me an upgrade for my troubles and they werent even the problem! Im definitely going to be using them from now on.

I cant tell you how many times Ive held out my arm for a taxi only to be passed by for the next flailing fool! Its exasperating. Especially when Im already late. Most times, now if I need a ride I just call NYC Express Limo. I know theyll be there on time and I wont have to fight before my big meeting. Or show up all sweaty because I had to chase down a cab.

When we were younger we would think nothing of driving into Manhattan on a Saturday night, having a blast until the early hours and driving home. Now that we are older it is great to have a service like FTC Express Limo and Car Service to rely on. They pick us up and bring us around and then drop our sorry souls back home to recover for the next time. I cant imagine ever driving into NYC on a Saturday Night again.

I was talking with the CFO of a company that we buy materials from and he was telling me that the best ride in NYC is NYC Express Limo and Car Service. I decided that he must be right as a CFO so I hired them for my next trip out of town. I called and booked a car and they were waiting for me with plenty of time to spare. They got me to my flight on time and picked me up in the same timely manner. I was impressed enough to open a corporate account with them for all of our sales force to use.

My best friend was getting married in three days and we wanted to take him out for a night of fun in NYC. None of us wanted to be a designated driver so we all chipped in for a Limo from NYC Express Limo and Car Service. I knew that my friend would become loud and a little foul mouthed and I explained it to the driver before hand and he responded with the attitude that it cant be as bad as some he has had recently. The driver was great. As planned my friend got a little out of control but the driver was so cool about it. It turned out to be a great night thanks to him.

They were given a three or four hour sightseeing tour of NY with a tour guide / driver who showed them every attraction in the city. They were thrilled. It was a great way for two out of towners to have the NY experience.
