Our landlord cut our power because he wants us to move out. This company sent an electrician who restored the power and was actually able to inform us about the law. Turns out its illegal for a landlord to cut power for any reason. New York law also allows for a tenant who has to pay for repairs to take the money out of the rent. And its all documented for housing court. Thanks guy.
