I was in need of furniture and stopped into El Rey Furniture just to browse. As I entered I was greeted with a pleasant smile by salesperson Chabela. She asked me if I needed help and I replied that I was looking for sofas. She led me to lower level of store where I browsed for sofas. I liked the fact that Chabela was not pushy but offered her input when asked. I also needed specific measurements for my furniture which consisted of sofas and bedroom set. She was extremely helpful in figuring out the exact measurements. I also needed an COI and after some confusion in delivery,the manager Mahmoud was very accomodating in ensuring that everything went well. I have been there since getting my delivery and was helped just as well as the first time. The delivery men were professional and polite as well. I would recommend El Rey Furniture to anyone looking for good quality furniture at good prices.

Everyone is so friendly, I felt like I knew them all personally! They helped me pick what would be perfect for my need, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything.I got a really nice dining table and loving it!!!

All the pieces are very modern, with an excellent selection of couches, mattress and beds. The staff were very knowlegable and not pushy at all. They were readily available if you needed help our any questions. Prices aren't the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for here. Such a great place to buy a furniture!!

I actually never write reviews but I had to do so for El Rey Furniture. I was so impressed with the customer service and prices El Rey Furniture has to offer. I purchased dining room furniture's for my new apartment, They made things so easy and stress free. This experience is the way furniture buying should be. I would DEFINITELY recommend checking them out. You will be very happy!

I ordered many things because I moved to go to college and to get my masters. At first I went to many stores in New York. When I saw how many good comments this store had in Yelp I got very surprised. I decided to go to the store. I wanted many things, but when the manager calculated the price it was very high. I quickly said NO!!! He told me to relax. He gave me such a big deal that I could'nt believe it. I checked in the Internet because prices are chipper but they were not even close to the price he gave me!!!! I returned top the store and bought. If I ever need more furniture I will come back to El Rey Furniture!!

i bought a beatiful Diningroom and Livingroom sets, and my personal opinion acorder with this nice Store is that i haved a very good attencion by the personal and the pleasure to get a wonderfull quality in the furniture i have in my home, also am still buying another livingroom set for my mother in Dominican Republic, because i trust in this Store administration and the human quality the give, thank's for all good service i have given, sincerely from my Wife and me

Went in excited to purchase a new bedroom set, after saving my money for one & a good mattress, been 2 weeks and I keep getting a "run around" from the manager. I read reviews of this place where customers state they take forever to deliver an order, but seriously they dO. They are so irresponsible and all lack proffesionalism. I was told I would receive it today 6-8pm and even had my little poor grandma troop it to my house to wait for them and they never came or called. After I call them the manager says to give him until Saturday. Well if it isn't here Saturday I expect a full refund and will be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a king size bedroom set in Feb. The dresser arrive at my home with a broken piece on mirror, a huge dent on top, and 2 broken drawers. The head board was also broken a long with the foot board with a big crack. The box springs were not the right size for the mattress its been 4 months and they have not replace it. I also order a black chess for my sons room and they send me a drk brown chess which is still at my house and they havent exchange for the right one. They are very unprofessional and there service sucks.
