Renting an Apartment in New York City Can Be a Huge Hassle as everyone knows. Not with the Edel Family Management Group. I was able to get what I thought the largest apartment in a great building with minimal hassle. Of course they were meticulous in "checking" me out.My Credit, Prior payment history, My income and Job history. But who cares? I had nothing to Hide. Of course you must realize that we are in N.Y. The woman that works there named Carmen was an absolute Angel. At first she was curt and very down to buisness. After she saw my genuine interest in renting a place and that I was forthcoming with all she needed. She even showed me my apartment on HER day off! In the end I am so pleased that I found these folks. I would reccomend all to check out what they have to offer because they are doing a bang up job! They even sell Co-ops for anyone interested. I must have seen at least two dozen "write up's" in the NYTimes on the walls about thier co-op sales. Looked good to me!
