Provided by YP.comThey were unable/unwilling to get the California TeleConnect Fund Subsidy that we are eligible for. When we lost our E-Rate subsidy and they knew we would have to leave, they increased our invoice by 25% and then refused to release the lines. They kept dragging their heels, month after month until another month would go by and we would have to pay another inflated bill. Their accounting is very inaccurate and they double billed us one month. They do not take electronic payments, and then claim that a check sent in the mail takes two weeks to arrive and process. Did not like working with them.
