Trying to find a PCP for my adult son who just got approved for "Healthfirst" and I got a lot of wonderful comments about Settlement Health at 106 Street. However, after calling for more info and waiting for almost 10 minutes on line; the party on the other line dismissed me abruptly and I was not able to ask my other questions!!!! Not good customer service! Did not identify herself and if it takes that long to answer a phone, how long will it take to get an appointment or care?

Very clean clinic, u can always get an appointment within a reasonable time. Pediatricians are nice, staff is nice. Ob doctors affiliated with mt.sinai they are awesome! Ive been to high end doctors in upscale neighborhoods but this is the best! -Michelle. East harlem
