A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Scheiner earned his medical degree at New York University School of Medicine. Following his internship in internal medicine, Dr. Scheiner completed his dermatology residency at the New York University Medical Center Skin and Cancer Unit where he continued his affiliation, teaching and supervising dermatology residents for over 17 years. Dr. Scheiner is well known for his expertise in medical, surgical, cosmetic, and laser dermatology. His opinions and consultations are frequently sought out for their insight and his expertise on emerging dermatologic therapies. The many procedures he performs include skin cancer surgery, Botox injections, laser destruction of brown age/sun spots, laser destruction of blood vessels, mole removal, and laser rejuvenation of sun damaged/wrinkled skin. Dr. Scheiner is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
