I called in to order an item and the lady said she would call me back later to talk about it. I never got a call back and when I called again, she said she had forgotten to write my information down and my order down. I kindly told her my information and order again. She had not written down the order and just tried to memorize it. When I finally got my item, it was not the correct item and when I called her about returning it, she said they would not pay for the return shipping and I had to pay it for it to be returned. No. You got my order wrong, it is on your behalf to pay for the shipping. She tried to blame it on me and would not except the return. She argued with me on the phone when complaining about the incorrect order. This company is a liar and has very bad service. Do not purchase from this company. Absolutely horrible.
