Went to "DR" Moss for PTSD treatment session and after a brief Q & A ... he suddenly grabbed me and tried to kiss me as he was groping my privates. I asked him what he was doing and he asked me if he could perform oral sex on me and even went so far as to offer me money. I am an African American 49 year old retired USMC combat veteran and was tempted to beat him to a pulp. I thought better of it and got up and immediately left his office. This sick lunatic should have his license revoked (If he really is a "DR") I am considering filing sexual assault charges as I write this. Of course he will deny this episode but I did have my phone recording the entire conversation/episode as I always do during treatment sessions.
