Provided by YP.comI would never come back to this store again. They lost two of my jackets that I left for drycleaning. I have filed a claim and got a lawyer involved and they continue to give me attitude every time I walk into the store to ask them about it. Especially the lady who is always at the front. She has no respect for any customer who walks into the store. I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS CLEANER TO ANYBODY

Provided by YP.comI was told it I dropped off a suit jacket, 2 pairs of paints, and a button down shirt. The total was $19.50, which was higher than the dry cleaner that I normally go to, but I was OK with it because this place was organic and was recommended. I left my clothes on a Thursday and was told they would be ready on Monday. I show up on Tuesday to find that the shirt has not been cleaned yet. The girl did not offer a reason, but did say she was sorry. I thought, "OK, it Thanksgiving week, they must be really backed up." She said that she would have then cleaned and pressed first things in the morning. The next, I get there about 1PM and find them just pressing my shirt. She says it would be 10 minutes. I comeback in 10 minutes and she goes to ring me up and tells my I owe her $19.50. I told her that she had me pre-pay when I dropped them off. She tells me, "No, you did not." I show her my receipt that has "paid" written on it. She say "OK." I check my clothes to find only one pair of pants. When I ask her where the second pair are she tells me I only dropped off one pair. I insist I dropped off two pairs. She walk to the corner of the store and grabs my second pair of paints- that were rolled up in a ball- from a shelf full of cleaning olds and ends. I asked her if they were cleaned and she said no. I grabbed my paints and left. Please keep in mind that the two pairs and jacket was made from the same material, so it wasn't like they got separated from my other pair of paints and they could not figure out who they belonged to. And why, after insisting that I only brought in one pair of pants did she know exactly where there were? Shady Business. Be warned!
