Best Family-Friendly Pizza Restaurant on Upper West Side!

Dean's Pizzeria is our neighborhood favorite. It's the ideal spot for families with kids because it's huge and can handle larger groups. You don't need to worry about the noise. It's loud anyway so if your kid is crying, you don't have to get paranoid. We love the pizzas. They're not greasy, no too cheesy-- you actually feel healthy eating a slice. Grandma's Pizza is our favorite. It's old-fashioned square pizza and guaranteed to fill you up. But, there's a slew of other menu items outside of the pies. From pastas to family-sized salads to and meat dishes to awesome sides like our fave, garlic broccoli, there's something for everyone. Best part, often times you can just walk in without a reservation. The service is friendly and accommodating. We've never left hungry or dissatisfied. But, don't forget, this restaurant I'd family-friendly. If you are looking for an intimate quiet place to eat, you won't find that at Dean's. Get ready for large parties, strollers and birthday celebrations.
