This company not just horrible. It is a scam. They just sued me. I used them for more than 10 years. Paid always on time. No my business moved to another location, do not need their service any more, they sued me for having bleached a lease contract. Now, I have to hire a lawyer. This is just below human.

Sign a contract and get sued. They will do everything possible to sue their clients. Part of their business is supposed fire safety but the other part is getting clients to sign a 10 year contract and then sue you for any possible reason. Read all the other reviews on Yelp and Google.

You will also be forced into binding arbitration and their law firm has put in every possible clause in their contract to make sure you lose. Their other ace in the hold is their arbitrator that they choose. I'd bet this guy never rules against D&W. Check out their contract. It's so long and has so many clauses. D&W have a law firm that specializes in Alarm Contracts and suing their clients. It seems to be a coordinated part of D&W's business. Whatever you do I'd advise not to get involved with this company as even if you are a long term client they still may find a way to sue you. I was a long term loyal customer and they sued me. Just a horrible company and ownership.

This is the wrost company you will ever will ever work with.They will sign you for A 10 year contract.if you bail out earlier you will be sued . No questions asked. Read other reviews on yelp,and Google .compared to other alarm companies they are cheaper but you won't get much in customer service or quality of service .
