Dropped off my ancient stereo receiver for repair. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it, but when I reinstalled it, the problem seemed to remain. I called, they picked it up themselves from me that afternoon, repaired it again, and dropped it off the next day, this time perfectly. Men of their word--if they say they'll fix it till you're satisfied, they mean it. Excellent service and highly recommended. Ron (New York)
