If you have a problem with an item that you ordered from Croscill-living don't expect the customer service people to help you. They don't answer after your first email and are not willing or concerned enough to help rectify the problem. The quality of their items have changed. Croscill does not have the high-line products they were once known for. They don't even offer a phone number online or on your receipt so you can speak to a representative directly. So now if you have an issue with something that you purchased from them...tough luck!
