excellent services, very profesional.

They consistently have errors in their paperwork and misfile applications with the NYC DOB that result in costly project delays to file Post Approval Amendments to correct their errors. Be VERY careful if you use them, we have been burned by them.

I learned about this company through craigslist, where the company posted an ad for employment. It was advertised as an open house and I wasn't certain what to expect, though I participated in the event regardless my initial ambiguity of the company. Upon arrived, it was clear this was a professional business. Clearly respectful, organized, diverse employees, and professional dress code, it appeared that the employees were comfortable and respected one another's space in a work establishment. I signed in and was handed an information sheet completely detailing the specifics of the company which was very well expressed and left minimal room to enlist questions for. Their focus was clear and the interview was thorough and worthwhile. I don't have personal experience with the establishment, but from my clear understanding, they focus their businesses with architects, engineers, building managers, and contractors to provide approvals and permits.
