These guys have terrific rates...

These guys have terrific rates but even better service. Very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me at a time when I was so stressed because I needed storage immediately. They moved my stuff on the same day that I called and when I arrived at their facility I was greeted by their "concierge" who was the nicest person I could've hoped to help me. It's a very large building but I felt very safe and after a tough day was even able to have a coffee and sandwich at the Wichcraft sandwich bar on their 1st floor. I know they say they offer 1 stop shopping but believe me they really do!!!!!

HORRID experience -- Avoid at all costs!

I'm an NYU student, and I was looking for somewhere in NYC to store my stuff over this past summer when I was studying abroad in Madrid. I chose terribly, because I picked Chelsea Mini Storage.

When I returned to NYC in the fall, I went to open my unit. Oddly, neither of my two security keys worked. They said they would give me a "complimentary" lock-cutting... how "nice" of them.

When I entered the room, I realized that someone (almost certainly an employee) stole my $700 flatscreen TV out of the unit. Clearly, they busted the lock, took the TV out, and put an identical lock back on the door.

Chelsea Mini Storage denied I ever put the television in there in the first place -- and then refused to let me see security footage from over the summer. I submitted a claim to my student insurance and eventually got my money back, but that is neither here nor there -- the point is that a Chelsea Mini Storage is NOT a trustworthy company.

AVOID THIS THIEVING STORAGE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Amazing staff and facility! Highly recommended!!‎

These guys are amaaaazing!! The service was superb (literally couldn't have asked for a more helpful, pleasant, and professional staff). They went above and beyond my expectations and made my move extremely easy. As for the facility, it is clean, secure, and in a very decent area of Manhattan. This place comes highly recommended!
