DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THEIR BUILDINGS!!! It's filled with roaches. Apartment breaking down. They are UNRESPONSIVE. You have to literally BEG them to answer any question let alone fix anything. I've never had to call 311 in 10 years of living in the city. Had to call 311 re the heat. TWICE. Five millions guys working in the building but you have no idea who the actual super is. Emails, phone calls, texts go unanswered. Trying to move out and they will NOT ANSWER ME. I have no idea how I'm getting my security deposit back. I've never had en experience like this EVER.
