Practice business law in New Jersey without knowing the NJ bulk sale filing procedure.

Practice corporation law without knowing the differences between Inc. and LLC.

Lying to his clients who don't speak English.

Blame me (the seller) for not getting the NJ Certificate of Tax Clearance, although it's his responsibility to get it by State Law (he is buyer's attorney).

Fail to response or provide an alternative solution after he failed to file the bulk sale notice to State and screwed up my sales, totally unknowledgeable and unprofessional.

He is the one that get Chinatown lawyer a bad name.

My advice: Don't waste your money on him; find yourself a better lawyer to get your money worth.

p.s I finally got my escrow money back after 5 full months when I'm prepared to take him to court.

I wasnt optimistic with my case until I came to this office. I still cant believe I got my green card now

while my friend who had same type of case but used a different lawyer is still waiting after starting his a yr before me.

the office handled our first home purchase and represented us thoroughly & with much care. the attorney was professionally aggressive to resolve problems without killing the sale ..we had home repair probs & discovered underground oil tank needing removal which seller paid to remove... we were well protected

through the whole thing and even after closing got money for tank cleanup. the attorney was loyal to our needs the whole time despite broker's aggressive push to close. My wife and I highly recommend b/c she cared & is very good.

This attorney was not quick to tell me it could not be done like others I spoke to. I felt the attorney was able to think outside the box because she seemed very knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and was creative in her solutions based on my needs. Throughout the case, the attorney (not a paralegal) worked directly with me on my case and I was always able to communicate with her directly via phone or email. She always returned my calls and email. In the end, I got my green card without any problems. When there was some delays due to my fingerprinting, the attorney patiently calmed my nerves even though I was often frustrated.. she always gave me confidence (and even personal advice!) Overall, the office was professional, caring and very smart. Their fees were less than the others quoted.
