Sold me a camera exactly what I was NOT looking for but I'm not an expert. Gave me a price that was double what other camera stores were asking. Refused to refund monies and wanted to exchange for the camera I really wanted and overcharge me again. Everything a rip-off. Never, Never go there!!!!!

I went to N.Y as a tourist. I visited Bryant Camara and Computers. The old man in the shop was really nice and showed me a cameralinse. He told me that he knew the prices in my country and that the linse would be a good deal and I would save a lot of money. As naive as I was I bought the lince for the price of 450 dollars. Later that day I saw the same linse in another shop to the price of 200 dollars. And after doing a pricetjeck on the internet I forund out that the price en my country would be 220 dollars for the same product. I went back to the shop, but it was ( ofcause ) closed. During my stay in N.Y. I went back to the shop two times, but it was not open. I really feel cheated by the shop. I recoment no one to bye anything in that shop, you will be cheated.

Ive bought a digital cam ZS10 from Panasonic. They said me, I can change the camera language from English to German by DVD. In my Hotel I tried with Laptop, but it was not possible. They sold me a camera only for US and Canada. Also is only a warranty for US. The next day I wanted to give back the cam and get back my money. They said no. I must go back to Europe, and ca'nt do anything. New York is great, but first stolen my cam in hotel, and then sold a wrong cam in a shop. That was not so good for me. Erich Mund

I agreed to purchase a ipad 3 from this shop, and after returning home to the UK discovered they had sold me a ipad 2, my brother inlaw who was with me recons they must have swapped it as he defiantly checked it was a ipad 3 when the deal was done. the shop assistant said that they have special deals on ipad 3 ($762.11 Inc tax) the day after labour day and that was the only reason I agreed to purchase it as it happened to be that very day (05/09/12) I was in this shop - stay clear do not give them your hard earned cash they are a con merchant.

Was looking for a lens for my nikon while i was on vacation the price was $349 (or so he told me) so i agreed to the price and purchased the lens and a vivitar uv filter($10 value, but i expected this to be $20 being a tourist trap type store.) Only when I looked at the receipt later that day about to board a flight do I notice that they charged my card for almost $500.. The receipt was not itemized so either he lied to me about the cost of the lens or charged a fortune for a basic UV filter.

They sold me a Cell Phone because the seller said a lot of lies while I was buying. I bought because I believed that he was telling true. Can he do that? The product is not what he had told to be. Never believe in this store seller!

This store sold me a second hand iphone which was registered to a Minesota resident, was 200 days old and was locked to AT&T when I was lead to believe the phone was brand new, unlocked and able to be used internationally!!!! Do not trust this store!
