The Manhattan Body&Brain center has been an essential place for managing my health, flexibility, and energy levels. It is the most comprehensive and effective practice I have ever experienced. Through the physical exercises and meditation I am able to find the balance I need within, to also balance what I need in my everyday life and relationships. I have been coming to the center for years. After trying many different kinds of yoga I find Body and Brain is the most beneficial. It keeps my physical body in shape but most of all it reduces my stress level and keeps my anxiety under control. I learnt how to breath properly and relax in minutes.
