Provided by YP.comAll right, Magnolia is cute and an NYC icon of-sorts, but Billy's is actually better. I much prefer Billy's icing to Magnolia's any day. My favorite was the yellow daisy cupcake with chocolate buttercream frosting. Pairing it with some hot chocolate made it a perferct NYC dessert on a cold, winter's evening.
