This place is poop! keep your money and spend it else where. This place is bad news and not worth the hype. The hairdressers are NOT friendly and speak terrible english. They claim to offer a "New" experience but i get better service at CVS. Your only treated nicely if your a D list celebrity, Sin Santana or any other "big booty" stripper in the heights...anyone else gets treated like they don't matter. i like the decor but thats about it. and the dryer chairs are uncomfortable, my back hurt by the end...it was bad.

Love some of their interior decorations and modern furniture. It is advertised as a beauty salon and boutique. I see plenty ladies getting their hair done on the weekends. Now they advertise this shop as clothing boutique but they have little to zero options. The few clothes on the rack look worn and used. The price tag is as if they are located on Fifth Avenue! I give them One star because there is plenty great hair salons in this area. They are not bringing in anything new to the community. This is a Hair Salon NOT a clothing boutique. It is also weirdly located for a "clothing boutique" as the only other businesses in the area are small bodegas everything else are residential buildings.

Wack place. Not worth the money for what you can get the same at any other salon in the area. Im black with thick hair so I'm very selective about where I do my hair and they did my hair terrible. Bootleg below average yet overpriced dominican salon. The clothes are cute but very cheap quality similar to what you can buy at pretty girl, only at pretty girl you get what you pay for, and here you don't!

So I visited yesterday for a simple wash and blow dry and I ended up having to wait a very long time... To me it felt like forever. I couldn't even understand why I had to wait so long if they were not even busy and the workers were just standing around gossiping, cursing loudly & being obnoxious while ignoring new customers ... Such a "ratchet" salon & not classy. Employees were very unprofessional. After a long wait (too long) I finally got my hair done ... And I was disappointed, I have very thick long hair and the woman looked annoyed having to do my blower and gave me attitude. I won't be returning.

Worst hair salon ever!!! So over priced and service is TERRIBLE. The staff is rude and unorganized. I asked the main hair stylist Rosa to just cut my ends a LITTLE bit and she took it upon herself to cut off more than half my hair and left my hair so short I can't even put it in a proper pony tail!!! DEFINITELY NOT what I wanted ! By the time I noticed how much she had been cutting I was so upset but the damage had been done already!! I am NEVER going back there again! And she still had the nerve to overcharge me even though I was 100% dissatisfied with my hair!! I'm still in tears over this hair cut I can't even deal!! Hairstylist that do what ever they want to you without even asking should not be allowed to touch hair!! READERS BEWARE
