I don't use to leave comment unless the service is extremely poor. This is a liquor store you don't want to do business with. Ordered a bottle of Japanese whisky from their website and confirmed that there were 5 bottles in stock before I made the payment online. Received confirmation for the order and never received the bottle. Sent multiple emails with all detail about the transaction including the order number but never got any response once. Didn't return phone calls. No follow up at all. Very disappointing. Very very poor customer service. Again, don't make mistake to do business with this store.
