I have never had a worse experience with any merchant in nnew york. First, they did not pick up half my order despite my leaving a note that it was a large order and they would need to bring a big bag (which they should have known anyway). When I tried calling them to take the rest of the order no one picked up the phone for 3 hrs. Finally at noon someone picked up the phone and collected the rest of the order.



They then completely changed the prices of my orders. In addition, It states that any order over $50 is given a discount of 10%, which they initially gave me but then removed.



Finally after receiving my order, A white coat of mine is now yellow with darker yellow stains all over it- it looks tye-dyed. Completely ruined. I also have a very expensive down jacket with attached belt; when I received the jacket, the belt was completely broken and missing pieces. The belt is not removable so it just dangles as I am unable to buckle it now.



The worst part of all of this is that aura cleaners denies they did anything wrong - they said the belt was broken before I turned it in and that my white coat (which is now yellow) was yellow and stained to begin with. They did not give me a refund and refuse to even apologize or try and fix the belt. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
