I have benn to many salons and most of the really nice salons have a problem, the people. So many hairstylists are arrogant and snobby. It bothers me when people act like they know everything. If you go to Arte Salon you will not have that problem at all. They are in the Lower East Side and they have that laid back village feel to them but everyone there is great at what they do and the prices are very affordable.
