HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT ORDER from this company!! I ordered 10 items - after 3 weeks I still had not recieved the order. I made 3 calls over the course of a week to customer service to have the staff lie to me saying the order would be shipped that day or next. Supervisor never called me back when I requested to speak with him/her. On my final call before canceling I was told that all the items were not even in the warehouse for shipping and that the dog tag machine was broken so I wouldn't be getting that item at all.
