This is a very convenient location for me, below the Port Authority Bus Terminal inside the subway station turnstyles by the uptown E train. I take my heels here to be re-heeled on my way to the office. They do the work while I wait, for $10 + tip. That price is pretty standard in NYC as far as I know. I just got toe tips & new heel tips on a pair of boots for $13, which seems inexpensive to me. I've paid over $20 at other shops.
