Provided by YP.comThe lady at the counter was not very nice and somewhat aggressive. She insisted on me upgrading my compact vehicle. She then insisted I take insurance when I was happy with the insurance provided by my credit card. She then made it seem like I was ignorant for not taking her upsell attempts. Turns out I received a bigger car than I requested because they had no more compact vehicles - so she was basically trying to force me to pay for something I ended up getting free anyway. The manager seemed nicer and had more of a decent demeanor, smiling and asking if everything was okay.
