I'm quite satisfied with the services and attention to detail I and my company has experienced as a customer here.
I would have to echo what "Ed E" wrote, that this is a good company overall. Tehy have been in business around 30 years, and not from simply ripping people off, as some angry reviewer below seems to think.
This is a receiving point for hundreds if not thousands of small businesses, and any business' operating space can't be unlimited, especially in midtown Manhattan. If you are active in maintaining your business affairs or personal communications, there should be no surprises as to holding or storage fees. After all, this is a mail receiving service, not a storage company.

Been with them a long time and they provide a great service. Shame about all the fake "blank" negative reviews from a mobile phone, someone must be very angry. The other negative reviews seem to b upset about the storage charges that they charge if you dont pick up your packages. aerobeep should probably get rid of these charges as this seems to anger people, especially if they forget about them and the price builds up! Probably very upsetting to find that you have $100 in storage charges for something that is worthless. They should at least cap it at $20, because if you are out of the country for a long time, could be very annoying.

I have dealt with Tina and the staff for over a decade. I can tell you with absolute confidence that they are a great service. Always ready to help and very efficient. I get a lot of mail and occasionally packages. They ALWAYS nofify me by email wben a package comes in the same day so I can pick it up and NOT get paid a storage fee if I pick it up promptly. They have always been professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. A +

I've been a customer with Aerobeep for about 15+ years now. So far, everyone has been cordial to me. I get my mail as promised and never have any real issues. There's something to be said about a business that can keep a customer coming back for that many years. It's been a pleasant experience. -S.K.

DO NOT USE NYMAIL dot COM (Tina is a THIEF). First, let me begin by telling you about their fraudulent activity. They will lie to you about the receipt of packages in order to charge you a storage fee. In addition, you will receive a notification about a $2.50 daily storage fee, then another with a $3.00 daily fee and then they will charge you $10.89 storage fee. They will not provide valid receipts or proof of what you're being charged for even when requested, they will tell you, "We don't do that". If you request to have your package sent to you, they will delay until after 4pm and then tell you that they have to send it the following day, even if you spoke to them at 8am in the morning. I finally realized why they require to be paid by Western Union instead of credit card for shipping fees. They do this to avoid customers doing charge backs on their credit cards. Everything that this company does is fraudulent and misleading. You'll most likely deal with Tina, which is a flat out crook. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague. If you've already been burned by them, please notify the Better Business Bureau, Consumer affairs, local and state government. This kind of operation should be shut down.
