A total nightmare. This was a residential local move in December 2017.
Spoke to Ron, part owner gave me an estimate,explained that movers complete the job 1st then accept full payment end of move. Gave him a deposit per his request.
Movers arrived and immediately the Head Foreman aka supervisor for the movers said he would not move anything until he gets paid with a credit card. They exhausted nearly 1 hours before moving my things having to call the office to confirm that there was already a deposit given and that the owner had confirmed the receipt prior. Now mind you this move is based on how many hours is spent moving from one place to the next.
After extensive time and them dropping numerous pieces of furniture while packaging them, movers kept apologizing and said if anything they would take care of it . When they got to the new residents they didn't unpack but asked me for the balance. That was not what the owner told me. Previously confirmed by Ron that they would unpack unload the truck set up all pieces then get paid the balance for the move. That didn't happen.Instead the foreman/mover rudely said he's not unpacking unless they get paid the balance before hand. When I refused to pay before the merchandise was unpacked, looked outside my driveway to find the moving truck driving away with my furniture etc. Foreman had movers drive away with my merchandise driveway to take fr Westchester to storage in Queens,NY. Called the owner who had them come back to the house .They returned,wasted more time by arguing with the owner and myself. What was supposed to be a $800 job mysteriously turned into $1400 because the Foreman was now asking for more money stating he spent more hours and that they were not going to unpack. He half unpacked, left wrappings in my house, threw down remaining items, got mad he said because I refused to tip and cursed me out. They left I found 80% of furniture, broken not working etc. Now filing claim for loss since Dec. 2017 unresolved.

Moving day came and I couldn't be happier.
The crew was professional and fast. They helped me disassemble my bed, dresser mirror, and a few other odds and ends.
They made sure everything was wrapped and even closed up some boxes
Everything was placed neatly and set up for me.
What a relief! From booking to moving they did everything really well. Thanks so much guys!! I'll call you for my next move and refer my clients and friends!

Think twice about this company!



We moved from NJ to TX last month. First off the move cost WAY (3 x as much) more than the estimate we were given, despite me filling out their inventory sheet to help with getting an accurate estimate, but OK, I understand that it can be difficult to guesstimate things so we make the thousands extra $ happen.



Now our furniture was supposed to arrive on the 13th July, no calls from them last week so I chased up and was told things would arrive early this week. Ok, not what we had been told but things happen so we try to be understanding. Still no word by today so I followed up again now and was told maybe the beginning of next week!!! Ace are not even handling the delivery.....a 3rd party is!



So we will be sitting here in a totally empty apt for almost 2 weeks? I'm 5.5 months pregnant and this is causing me a lot of stress and financial hardship because it is somehow taking almost 3.5 weeks for our stuff to get from NJ to TX.

As soon as I knew that I was relocating to Charlotte,NC from Queens,NY I started doing a lot of research on many moving companies. I picked this company because it was featured on the BBB website. I called and spoke to Ronnie and went into detail about the move. I explained to him what I was taking and also wanted him to come to my residence so that he could see for himself and give me a final quote. On the day of the move, 2 men showed up and 20 minutes into putting our things onto the truck, one of them stopped in his tracks and made it very clear that they wouldn't move another piece of furniture if they received a tip of only $25 (don't know where that came from)...mind you it was a small 2 bedroom apartment with half of the things already donated. It then became a shouting match...where I had to call and speak to Ronnie about how unprofessional this was and couldn't believe how cornered I felt. Ronnie wanted to speak with the mover but he refused to speak with him. The job was eventually done and a date of delivery was given. A week later we meet new movers who of course asked for final payment before they started unloading my furniture. He comes and tells me that everything is off the truck and right away I explained to him that I am missing a side table to a very expensive King size bedroom set (which I had custom made). Ronnie was called and made aware of this.....well 3 weeks later I've been hung up on and have heard a million and one excuses as to what the solution is going to be. Please stay away from this company, they are con-artists. Once they get your money that's it!!!!!
