Marjorie is completely unprofessional. She holds personal calls on her cell phone when she is giving you a perm. She has no inkling that it is not safe and professional. Asked her to trim my dead ends, she gave me a very tacky hair cut. Informed her in the beginning that I did not want a hair cut. Her hair design skills are terrible. She is a disgrace to the trade. I would never, ever refer anyone to her. Marjorie turns the chair in a direction that is very difficult for you to observe her. She is absolutely inept and cannot be trusted. Did she go to school for this trade? I wonder?
