Customer service is very unsatifactory...you come in the door and dont even get a greeting as if you are coming to beg for some glasses!! The "lady" who works there is far from being lady-like lol she seems to enjoy degrading and passing judgement upon customers. This is speaking from personal experience. I was disappointed that I spent over $400 there after being received in such a manner, but I must say the men who work there did compensate for her nasty attitude. So beware when choosing to go this particular store!!! Sincerely, unsatisfied customer
