Don't ever use this place! Not...

Don't ever use this place! Not only did we get the wrong machine we were charged for fuel they claim we didn't replace.

Fuel was put in the machine before the company came to pick it back up. The gage said "full". So we thought nothing of it. But when we were charged for 12 gallons of fuel we asked why? The answer.......'oh, sometimes the gage says its full but its really not'! Can we say rip-off!

We also had a coupon for $50 off. Did they honor it? NO!

After weeks of daily phone calls to New Windsor and customer service headquarters, we were promised we'd get a call and a resolution from the manager. Never happened!

We need to rent more equipment and figured this company would do right and give us a break on our next rental since they screwed up, but instead they blame us, the customer. We wouldnt need another rental if they gave us the correct equipment in the first place!

Never again! We found a much better, reliable, and honest company to go with!!
