My aunt who is in her late seventies contacted Giacomes about a headstone after her son passed away. He promised her he would go look at the headstone and give her an estimate. After several months I went up and asked him if he was going to estimate it because my aunt lives a couple hours away from the cemetary. Jack told me he had no time to go to the cemetery and to dig the headstone up and bring it to him. i reported him to the Better Business Bureau.
