Try this course for a unique experience. It's less than an hour drive from Northern Cincinnati. The clubhouse is nearly 200 years old. The course is par 70, 6400 from the blue tees, 6,000 member tees, and 5800 whites. It has 5 par 3's and 3 par 5's. Some holes feature blind shots. Others have out of bounds and tall grass and trees. Keeping it in the fairway will pay big rewards. The fees are reasonable and the staff is friendly. There is drinking water available on the course, but yesterday, the staff brought out free cold bottled water to the players. Nice touch! After the round, the chef was grilling steaks outside. Inside are formal dining areas for events and a casual dining for the golfers with good menu choices and a friendly staff. They offer a stay and play bed and breakfast deal that we plan to put in our schedule. We are not afraid of ghosts. GJohnson, Maineville, OH
