Well, take your choice; the Center Ave phone is constantly busy, similar to leaving the phone off the hook.

The commercial phone number simply rings out about 30 times until an automated announcement declares "try again later".

The New Stanton hub has had my package for five days now, and I guess my only option is to drive there as they are unreachable.

Professionalism! You're kidding, right? Promptness; Hmmm, has anyone tried a cattle prod?

My suggestions would be to have someone in management either put the phone back on the hook, or, if truly busy, auto-forward the call to another human that hasn't taken the phone off the hook. Repeat as necessary, with the last number dialed being the CEO's home phone.
