I called to get some help with the garbage crew here that refuses to pick up our trash if not in a bin and to add insult to injury, will also kick the trash into the street or the yard if they don't like how you put it out. I figured a call to the office could clear it up, but the woman that answers the phones is so unsuited to customer service, she really upset me. She was constantly talking over top of me, interrupting, and giving excuses when I was literally telling her I just need someone to speak with the crew so they don't make a mess of our street anymore. She told me to sit in at a town meeting with city officials if I didn't like it! I was clearly getting more and more upset, and she kept talking over me and telling me I was wrong, etc. Really bad experience. I will take her advice afterall and make a report to the city until it stops.
